Santa Packing Up

I did some things around the fifth wheel that needed attention - like replacing a light in our kitchen, raking the driveway (smoothing out the fine gravel), organizing the shed and tying up the sides of our gazebo that flap in the wind. Yes, the wind has arrived once again, just in time for Christmas. I also did some computer stuff to get ready for Christmas. It was another long day for Josie at the shop. She didn't get home until after 6:30 last night and I know she will be happy to see the day end today.

Santa is packing up his sleigh and getting ready for his big night tonight. We both have to work which is a change from most years. I'm not even sure that we will be able to go to church tonight, but we will give it the old college try. This year is very different from last year as we both are working on Christmas Eve day and, actually, the day after Christmas. There is no time for a trip to Laughlin that we were hoping to schedule over the holidays. We'll find some way to enjoy our days off which won't be until the weekend.

Listen for the pitter-patter of Santa and his reindeer on your roof tonight, and have a terrific morning tomorrow opening all your gifts...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
