My inaugural week at Sam's Club is in the books. While switching back and forth from the entrance to the exit, I began to feel more comfortable with the job. It isn't tough by any means, but it still carries a huge responsibility - especially at the exit. I did discover another couple of errors which is the big part of the job. As I mentioned yesterday, discovering errors in full baskets is tough, if not impossible. The Christmas season is in full swing though with lots of toys being purchased and lots of full baskets going out the door.
Josie enjoyed another day off - alone - and did some shopping of her own while also making more cookies. There won't be much weight lost, if any, this month. It was the same last year when we gained weight that we never did shed during the year. We can't afford to gain too much weight or we will be out of clothes to wear and have to go back to our storage unit to get the larger sizes out again. That would be depressing. I think we are doing a better job this year trying to maintain control, so we'll see.
I finally get a day off today while Josie goes back to work. The next time we have the same day off will be this Thursday, so planning something to do together would be nice...
