As the RV Park is beginning to thin out with the late season departures, I asked if it would be OK if we moved our truck into the recently vacated space next to us. It was no problem, so I moved the truck from the spot at the lodge to the space next to us:
It feels better having the truck next to us where we can keep a close eye on it and there wouldn't be any parked vehicles next to it to create dings in the paint.
We also scheduled the oil change for the truck for Thursday at 10:30 AM at the Ford dealership in Idaho Falls. It is overdue for that service and we don't want to travel to AZ without having the current service performed.
It was a typical September night at work with many walk-ins and lots of reservations. We came within 4 rooms of being sold out again. Tonight will be a repeat and we may sell out tonight for what will be one of the last sell-outs for the season. Except for a soccer tournament the last weekend in September, we expect to have many rooms left over each night.
The rain has returned and, of course, it is forecast for both Thursday and Friday which shoots any hiking or biking on our full day off tomorrow. With Josie working the Friday each week this month, it removes that day for those activities anyway. It has reached the point this year where we have gotten "hitch-itch" and look forward to the day we can pack up and head south...
