Nice Birthday

It was a very nice birthday for me yesterday. I had birthday wishes from lots of family and friends and always appreciate the thoughts. We went to Macayo's for dinner after Josie got home from work and we had a fairly early dinner at 4:30 PM. It is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants and we took our Macayo margarita mugs to use:

These mugs have paid for themselves many times over the years as it only costs $3 for a margarita in these mugs that cost us $9 each many years ago. The regular price for these large margaritas in their regular restaurant glasses is close to $7 each.

The dinner was excellent, as always, but seemed to stay with us all night. Our dieting over the last year has not included much of what we ate and drank, so our bodies aren't used to splurges like last night. Throw in the wind, and it was a bit of a restless night.

The winds are still with us this morning and after having a nice 4-day windless streak, the last four days have been windy with high recorded gusts of 34, 32, 28 and 30 respectfully. Someday, I'll figure out why.

We are expecting the RV repair company - ASAP Mobile Repair - to arrive at 9 AM this morning to evaluate the work that needs to be done. We hope to have that project completed quickly as we have endured the slideout issue and hydraulic problem for many months now. Whether or not he will get the work done today remains to be seen as he needs to get the OK from our warranty company before performing the work. We'll see how that goes...
