Graduation Day

After 4 1/2 years of hard work and lots of excitement on the football fields, our grandson Austin graduated from WMU. We are so proud of him and his accomplishments and that he is such an outstanding example of a good human being. He has a wonderful future to look forward to.

There wasn't much else happening on the home front. I took this shot of a balloon passing overhead as I grilled some salmon outside:

They turned the burner on and rose rapidly above the desert.

Today is Josie's only remaining day off before Christmas Eve so we plan to do some relaxing along with - maybe - baking a cookie or two and watching some football...
