Another favorite spot of ours in this area is the Anthem Outlet Mall. It is only about 15 miles away and we wanted to check out any changes that have been made. Not much, if anything, is changed. We still enjoyed walking around and browsing the different stores. We did find a few items that were priced right, but for the most part it was just a walking and looking exercise.
Josie is always experimenting with different crocheting projects and yesterday she crocheted a pumpkin for Halloween. She didn't use any pattern or directions, so it was a super creative effort. This is what it looks like:
She is experimenting with a different stitch, so there may be more to show tomorrow. She is also still doing afghans in her spare time and I just finished another cross stitch which I will show after I get it framed.
Our day ended following a happy hour and we took this photo of another beautiful sunset over the boat storage area behind us:
Today is the long awaited day for the DirecTV tech to come and try to diagnose and fix the problem we have with our TV reception. There appears to be a bad connection in a cable somewhere, so we are anxious to get it fixed. We're hoping that the cost for whatever the fix may be will be within a respectable range...
