Visiting With Neighbor

It was a very relaxing day for us on our day off from work yesterday. We were sitting outside, enjoying the cool shade under our awning when our neighbor, Peter, came by while walking his dog. He is the neighbor that recently traded his motor home on a new, Big Country fifth wheel. He will be going to Maine this summer to help with his brother's Resort which is located along the shores of the Atlantic. It was pleasant conversation about a lot of things. He also gave us some foil bubble wrap that he had leftover from applying to his windows to keep out the heat. It was enough to place on our only windows facing the West where we get the afternoon sun and are sure that it will make a huge difference in our A/C use. It was a nice visit which lasted most of the afternoon.

I take the Escape in today for the semi-annual application of paint protector. It is performed at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle in Surprise and is part of our purchase agreement. The appointment is for 8 AM, so I will be leaving shortly...
