Tending to Business

There wasn't much to report about our next to last working day for this week. We mowed the grass in the AM and pretty much caught up on taped shows that we missed during the week. There aren't too many shows that we tape regularly, but we will not miss any of the Gunsmoke and Bonanza shows that are during the week on the Westerns Channel and TVland channel. We especially like the portrayals of the old west in these shows. Other than that, we put in our 8 hours at the lodge and once again we sold out for the night.

We are keeping our eye on the forecast for tomorrow and Friday, and it isn't getting any better. It looks like there will be a 40% chance of rain on Thursday, and a 30% chance on Friday, That's pretty close to almost certain in my book. That puts a damper on any outside activities. The sad part is that the weather has been terrific the last couple days but that's the way it goes. Our turn will come.

The time is marching on and we will soon be planning for our trip to IL and beyond. We are following the posts from the Western Michigan University football camp and Austin is doing well so far. There are posts on the internet each day about camp and we are anxious to see him play in October. His number has been changed from 27 to 47, but that's not important.
