Dry Days Record

There is still no word yet on Tracy or her whereabouts.

It was the 59th consecutive day without any precipitation yesterday. The last day we had any rain was on December 20, 2013. Every day without rain just adds to the record, so I would expect this to be a bad year for wildflowers with all the dryness, and a record year for fires. Worse, we have had temperatures in the 80's each of the last 5 days, and the trees and plants are confused thinking that it is April and are starting to bud.

Our last training days for spring training will be Friday and Saturday, from 11 AM to 4 PM each day. There is an NCAA tournament over the weekend and they are combining our training with those games. That will wrap up the training as the season begins on Friday, February 27. We will again have Mondays and Tuesdays off, and will be working every day on the rest of the days during March. Josie will work about 5 hours on each of our days off at the production center to compliment the approximately 4-5 hours of spring training games each day. Even though she will be working every day in March, the hours are reasonable and will leave some time to do other things during the day.

I will try to get the taxes done today or tomorrow and that will be the priority for me...
