It is really a coincidence that we both should be starting our new jobs - in different places - on the same day. And on a Friday, to boot. Yesterday we went to Kohl's because Josie had to get a few things to wear on her new job. Josie needed a couple tops, and she got those. I also picked up a couple shirts but not because I needed them for work, but the prices were too good to refuse. Kohl's had some very good deals for Christmas and we took advantage of them. We were very disciplined and didn't get anything else.
All of our packages and cards are in the mail and we are about ready for Christmas. There are some things we need to get for each other, but they will be small items. That is, if we can find the time to shop before Christmas. Josie will especially be busy right up to Christmas Eve, and my schedule will be known today.
There will be lots to talk about in tomorrow's post, so I will cut this entry short. It's off to work we go...
