Today Josie gets to go to work while I have the day off. We were agreeing last night that it would be a lot better if we both had the same days off. There isn't a lot for either one of us to do when we are alone at home. Josie was able to get some small projects done but, for the most part, she watched Christmas movies on TV. We reverse the roles today, although we do have an RV repair guy coming today to fix a water leak that I am not able to determine the cause. It is somewhere behind the refrigerator and is leaking water onto the floor. I wasn't even able to locate the shut off valve for the water coming into the refrigerator for the icemaker and water dispenser so we've been putting towels on the floor by the frig to suck up the water.
I hope the RV guy comes this morning since we planned to meet for lunch at a cafe that is right across the street from Josie's shop. Since her lunch hour is 12 -1 PM, it will take 2 hours out of the day, including driving time to and from her location.
I was again very busy the whole day yesterday. There were the usual electrical problems at the sites along with relocating two receivers in the lodges for the satellite, building saw horses, leveling a couple rental trailers and painting wood for the gates at the guard station. There is always something to do and the day goes by pretty fast. I only get a half hour for lunch, so that's a bummer. It seemed like it was even shorter yesterday since I had lunch with Josie at the fifth wheel.
The learning process continues and probably will continue the entire time we are here. Josie is also discovering new things at her job so we feel we are in the right place for now...
