TGIF for Us

Ditto the photo from yesterday morning.

We have reached another "Friday" on our schedule. We aren't crazy about the crew that works with us today but, being our Friday softens the disappointment. The crowds continue to be less than we are used to during the summer at the Visitor Center and it makes for some longer days. There are no real reasons for the smaller crowds that are obvious. The economy appears to be good which should result in the opposite effect - more people traveling. We are almost half-way there for the season so maybe the second half will show improvement.

Our plans for the three days off for us this week will definitely include a hike - somewhere. We will do some planning tonight following our day at 5 PM. We are also looking at a couple of drives that are through some beautiful countryside and always produce some neat photos.
