We are getting our time off at the perfect time. It appears that the "real" summer will arrive this week as we are looking at temperatures above 80 degrees for the first time. We have three days to enjoy the sunshine. Its too bad, in a way, that we will have the new awning fabric installed tomorrow on our RV as that falls right in the middle of our weekend. That means that we will not be able to plan one of our desired overnight trips until another weekend. The main one we have been looking at is a trip to Cody and to Riverton. That will still happen soon - hopefully.

It's tough looking at this scene every day. The snow is slowly disappearing from the mountains but it never really totally disappears. There is always another cold spell with snow in the higher elevations to replenish the snow at the very top.
We'll check in tomorrow with some info about how we spend our day today...
