After researching and reading reviews of all the sheds that are available - and satisfy our Resort rules - we ended up buying one from Amazon.com. The one we settled on is a Suncast, Glidetop Slide Lid Shed.
It is a 4 x 6 foot heavy resin shed that also satisfies the height requirements by not exceeding the height of the fence. It is a bit more money than we had planned to spend for a shed, but it will certainly survive the heat and storms of an AZ summer. Another reason for buying it from Amazon is that there are no shipping charges and for an item that weighs over 200 lbs, that is a significant savings. It will be delivered on Thursday (two day shipping) and I will be required to be here at the time of delivery between 9 AM and noon on Thursday. It sure beats ordering, paying sales tax and picking it up at a local merchant in the area at least a week from now. We really need the shed asap. Watch for the delivery and the start of assembly on Thursday.
We finally heard from the General Manager of Aramark about our Spring Training jobs. As expected, we won't have to do anything until probably late January or early February to do paperwork for this next season. He was happy that we are coming back.
Josie stopped at the storage unit on her way home from work yesterday to drop off the remaining containers of clothes that we are keeping. The storage unit is beginning to look a little more empty which is a step in the right direction. If we keep pecking away at the contents, we may be able to downsize it by the time we leave here in May of next year...
