Josie received a call from one of our classmates at training in OR and told her that the one couple we trained with that was thrown into managers jobs right off the bat in Salem have turned in their notice and are leaving the company. The stress has obviously been too much for them. It didn't seem like a good idea to us anyway that they would start off as Community Managers instead of Co-managers like the rest of us. It is tough enough being Co-managers.
The really good news we received was from Patty who sent us results of the NIKE Football SPARQ Combine held in Chicago for high school football players. As you can see, Austin finished 4th out of over 900 kids at the Combine. We are very proud of him. He is on his way to a nice football scholarship somewhere.
Today is the day we move our fifth wheel from storage to the Thousand Trails Preserve in Menifee, CA. The first activity though, will be to go to church on this Easter Sunday at the church we went to last weekend on Palm Sunday. It was a very nice service last week and we expect the same today. There is an Easter egg hunt between services today, but we will leave so that we can get a head start going north with our rig...
HAPPY EASTER !!!
