Stormy Day

Almost the entire day was filled with off-and-on thunderstorms. We really need the rain to help with the wildfires that are still burning in the state but we had to stay inside for our breaks as the timing was such that the storms were passing through at those times.

One of our staff read the schedule wrong and came into work at 7:45 instead of her scheduled 11:00 AM. It was nice to have the extra help in the morning, but it made for a super long day for her as she had to stay until 7 PM to help close. That is one thing we hope never happens with us. It is a long enough day without misreading the schedule to make it longer.

Our week winds down today with another early start. Looking forward to 4:15 when we can start our weekend...
