New Doctor Passes First Test

My annual wellness exam with the doctor was yesterday. It was the first with the new Primary Care Physician that was assigned to us by Banner Health. The first impression is a good one and Josie and I both feel that it was a good change for us as this doctor seems to be more "genuinely" concerned about our health. I say that because he asked some good questions that our previous provider would never ask and he immediately provided prescriptions and advice that we didn't expect. Also, my wellness exam was actually held before my one year anniversary from the last one, so he is rescheduling another one in December which keeps the annual exam program where it should be each year. So far, there are no problems to report.

The Hurricane (Florence) has hit the shoreline in North Carolina and with the 500 mile width of the storm is creating havoc from Georgia all the way to Virginia. We are expecting to hear reports of the damage form this storm through all of next week. It is a big one, for sure.

I plan to make a trip to our 5th wheel today to place the wheel covers on the one set of tires that is exposed to the sun. Every little bit of protection helps to prevent future problems while traveling, although it may be some time before we travel again with this unit...
