We met Ed and Eileen at our RV near noon yesterday. We went to lunch at a restaurant in town - Sweetwater - that none of us had been to before. It was a different kind of restaurant in that it catered to Vegetarians, but also had menu items for all types of diets. In our group, Ed and I enjoyed our meals but Eileen and Josie weren't as happy. They ordered one of the home made salad dressings that was a disappointment. We would still (probably) return again.
Sorry that we forgot to take a photo at the restaurant but we got so engrossed in our conversation that it never occurred to us.
Ed has volunteered to help me with the installation of our new water heater which is expected to be delivered today. He has some experience in these types of RV repairs, so we will get together - probably on Friday AM - to perform the installation. I have already cleared it with our manager that I will most likely be late to work on Friday AM and it is not a problem. Everybody understands that we have gone without hot water for about a week now. I hope it all comes together.
Today is our first day of work and it will be long one - 8 AM till 5:15. These first few days will be filled with training and a social gathering for cocktails and dinner tomorrow evening. It is a great way to kick-off the new season...
