Merry Christmas

It was off to work early yesterday for Josie who was hoping for a short day. She wore her Elf cap as part of the shop Christmas celebration, and this is the neat shot of the elf:

It was also a beautiful sunrise to start the morning:

Her work day was a bit shorter than normal as she was out of the shop shortly after 2:30 PM. We thought about trying to make the church service in Anthem, but it appears that the service started at 5 PM and not the 6 PM we originally thought. By the time she got home she was ready to sit and just try to gather her thoughts for the holiday schedule. We ended up not going to a Christmas Eve service, but will attend our local service this morning at 9 AM at the Resort clubhouse.

We have lots of preparation that we need to get done for our trip to Texas and the Cotton Bowl. We leave very early on Wednesday the 28th. We hope to get most of that done today. Santa stopped at our house and left a few nice things for us. He must have been behind schedule and running late as he only left a limited number of gifts. Or, maybe he saw that there were no cookies and milk or treats for him so he left right away. That's OK. We are thankful for all that we have.

We hope everybody has a wonderful Christmas and enjoys the day...

MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!
