By the time he finished and hauled off the branches, it was mid-day. The jury is out on the job he did, but it looks better for now.
Once the tree trimming was completed, we left for Home Depot to buy the inexpensive outdoor carpet that we will use to put down in the areas around the fifth wheel and the shed that will help cut down on dust and gravel that we track inside all the time. We started to lay the carpet yesterday afternoon and will complete that project today.
In our ongoing search for possible alternatives to this space, we saw that one of the nice sites at the Havasu Resort has became available. We are giving some serious thought to pursuing that location. Our time that we recently spent in Havasu didn't include another look at these properties because we had already seen them and know they are in a nice park. The problem we are having in evaluating any alternative is that one goal we have is to eliminate our storage unit in Surprise, and that will require a house to be able to get everything moved out and sorted. Oh, well, we'll find the right solution.
We were both tired at the end of the day and had a light dinner while watching another beautiful sunset behind us over Lake Pleasant:
