Househunting

There were six homes that we viewed yesterday that were handpicked by our agent. Three were in Sun City and three were in Sun City West. A couple of them were not even close to what we want in our next home, but two of them were real possibilities. Actually, there was another home in Sun City that we had previously viewed that is worthy of consideration. One of the homes from yesterday is in Sun City West but backs up to a commercial area. The house was very good, but it also had a small (too small) swimming pool - on a nice, large lot - which probably would not work for us:

The second real possibility is one we saw in Sun City and is on the golf course. The only negative with that one is that the back of the home faces southwest which could be a concern in the hot summer. It would accommodate a swimming pool at some point down the road:

We are considering an offer on one of those three and we will keep you posted on the progress.

Today, of course, is Easter Sunday and we plan to go to church at 9:30 AM. We decided to go to the service here at the Resort which is very convenient and gives us time to research houses and perhaps visit another one or two before going to George and Cheryl's for Easter dinner at 3 PM.
