Waiting Game

The five days that are given to sellers to review, change, or agree to fixes and/or modifications is a difficult time for the buyers. We really can't plan any more activities for the house until we know exactly what we will be responsible for repairing ourselves. If the sellers reject some key requests that we have made, we will walk away from the deal.

I did a drive-by yesterday on another house that is more money but according to the listing appears to be move-in ready. That has a lot of appeal to us if this current deal breaks down. We are hoping that something happens today that will give us some idea of what to expect as a response from the sellers. Our agent is in constant contact with the seller's agent, so we may hear something today.

I also visited a storage facility in Anthem yesterday but couldn't find anybody to give me information. I'll pursue that again today as we need to have a plan in place for the RV no matter what happens with the house.
