Every day for the last week, including right up to Thursday, rain was in the forecast for this weekend. It was suppose to rain both yesterday and today, with clearing on Monday. They missed it. So far, we have not had one drop of rain and I'm not sure we will get any today either. It's OK though, as we were ready for it if it did come.
Josie did some laundry and I moved some more papers and files to the basement of our RV and we pretty much made sure all is about ready to leave on Tuesday. We also returned the Rug Doctor equipment to Albertsons. If we hadn't paid for our space here at Pioneer right up to Tuesday, we probably would have left either today or tomorrow. There is no sense leaving and pay for a space somewhere else while losing the monies paid to stay here until Tuesday. I'm sure we will find other chores to do that will keep us busy. We do have to gas up the vehicles, shop for food for the trip and make sure the tires are all in good shape before heading out...
