AT&T Sinks Lower

Our woes with AT&T continue. Yesterday, we stopped at the AT&T retail location in the mall area and struck out once again. Josie has not been able to get her password reset for Facebook since she got her new phone. There is not one person in any of the stores we have gone to for this problem that has been able to help. We left the store with no Facebook capability on her phone. I will, somehow, have to figure out the solution myself.

We also are still having some issues with DirecTV since they became part of the AT&T family. We sometimes (temporarily) lose some of our recorded shows and we can only recover them by resetting the receiver. We never had this problem with DirecTV before they joined with AT&T. It has become a nuisance and an unnecessary process that adds to our frustration with this company. The money we are saving by switching from Verizon is not worth all this aggravation. We can't wait to switch back to get excellent customer service again.

Josie has her training day today at a Food City store in Phoenix. She left early - at 6:20 - for her class which starts at 7:30. I have not heard from her, so I am hoping she made it OK...
