Day in Idaho Falls

It was around 11 AM by the time we left for Idaho Falls. We both needed haircuts so we planned tour first stop at the Walmart to get those out of the way. The drive was again beautiful except for some thunderstorms we went through while going over the pass outside Jackson. We also saw some beautiful fields along the way, and we took some photos except that I spent all morning this morning trying, unsuccessfully, to download them from our new phones. For some reason, today they didn't want to download, so I will spend a good part of our day today trying to find out the best solution for that task. The fields reminded us of the Skagit Valley in WA during the Tulip Festival. So far, I am not totally happy with the new phones and I'm sure it is because we just don't yet know how to use them.

Following our "lousy" haircuts at Walmart, we made our trip to Sam's Club to pick up the items we had on our list. That job is done now for awhile. We again went through some thunderstorms on the way home, so I guess it was a good day for our Idaho Falls trip which didn't impact any other outdoor activities.

Today, there is another threat of thunderstorms so it appears to be a great day for doing some phone and computer stuff while Josie takes care of some inside cleaning and also some laundry. It appears to be a stay-at-home day to get things done that we need to do. We will enjoy this day, as when we return to work tomorrow, we will work 5 days, have one day off, and then work 6 days before getting a 3 day weekend. That is a result of accommodating one of our co-workers' schedule to spend a long weekend with their visiting daughters next week.

Happy 1st of July everybody...
