It is definitely starting to warm up as we hit 70 degrees yesterday for the first time since June 4. It is still a bit nippy in the mornings and we have to turn on the heater for one cycle, but that isn't too bad. When Phoenix hits 100+ degrees we should be in the upper 70's and low 80's during the day.
We opened all of the fifth wheel basement storage doors before we left for work to hasten the drying process from the flood we had when the water valve failed. Bob sent an email to Doubletree RV explaining our situation with the water valves and included some pictures of the newly configured lines and the (failed) broken valve. We're hoping to get some tips on how to air out the sub basement area which could develop mold if it isn't dried properly. We'll see.
Today is our last day of work before our 2 days off and we are looking forward to them. There are a couple of errands that we need to run. Most important is getting Bob's prescription filled for his upcoming Colonoscopy on June 24. We also have a list of items for Costco or Sam's Club, depending on where we go.
It sure does get quiet during the week. Most of the seasonal people go home for the week and all the kids are gone from the weekend. It makes for slow days in the lodge and the time tends to drag when you're not busy. We better rest up though since there is a huge family reunion scheduled for this weekend and that means fire drill type days starting on Friday and going through Sunday.
Later....
