We have been going down the path of construction of our new home in Peoria, AZ, and, recently, within the last two months, we came to a realization.: We would have a beautiful new home. at a huge expense, that didn't satisfy much of what we needed and wanted. Not included in the home were: appliances (refrigerator, washer/dryer), fans, landscaping, window coverings, sun screens and screen doors, RV parking for our fifth wheel, and several other necessary, and expensive items. The main thing it was lacking was something for our families to do when they visited - there was no pool, or even a community pool for the kids. So, we started looking at options that would be cost effective and come closer to satisfying our real needs. After secretly looking at other homes over the last several weeks,
