Arrived in Naperville

We started out yesterday - very early - to catch our 10:45 AM flight to Chicago. We had plenty of time but had to meet our realtor at the Denny's off of the freeway on the way by 8 AM. We actually arrived early at 7:30 and he invited us to have some breakfast while we talked about the plans for the house this week. I transferred the checks to him for our deposit and inspection that will done while we are gone this week and basically just got things rolling.

There was plenty of time for us to kill at the airport as we sat at the gate for over an hour before the plane departed. We arrived almost on schedule in Chicago and Patty was there to pick us up to go back to Naperville. The boys were at a ball game with Mark and didn't get home until after 8:30 PM. So, the three of us had some stuffed peppers for dinner and watched some TV while waiting for Mark and the boys. It is amazing to see the change in the twins after only about 6 months since we last saw them.

Patty and Mark made it out on time this morning at 6:30 and are on their way to Cabo San Lucas. Our fun begins now with the twins and we are looking forward to spending some quality time with them over this week. There is a busy schedule of games and practices so there shouldn't be much down time. We also look forward to seeing Austin sometime later tonight as he comes home for a few days from WMU following his finals. The weather looks like it will cooperate while we are here and we will spend a lot of time sitting out on the front porch - and maybe, having some wine...
