Just a Lazy Day

Yesterday was one of those days where we didn't feel like doing much of anything - so we didn't. We sat outside in the warm sun and had coffee and read the newspaper. It was very relaxing and we talked about going different places, but nothing jumped out at us and said "we must see this" or "we must do this". It's nice to have those kind of days occasionally. We did go to the store later on in the afternoon to get some groceries, and we went to the casino for a short time last night. It was my turn to win and I left with $120 and Josie lost a little bit. Not a very exciting day.

Today, we are leaving early to take a drive that we haven't taken in probably 10 years. We plan to drive through the White Mountains - the towns of Heber, Show Low, Greer and maybe as far as St Johns - to see the remaining fall colors, if any. We did this same trip on our anniversary many years ago and we have some great photos of the colors, so maybe we aren't too late this time. That's about it for now...
