This morning marks the end of - what has been many wonderful years - visiting family in one of the nicest areas in the Chicago vicinity, Naperville, Illinois. We had a terrific Thanksgiving holiday this year that has created one last fond memory. There is a winter storm approaching that is going to see temperatures drop dramatically and bring some snowfall. Our flight is scheduled to depart at 11:15 AM and is expected to beat the storm front out of town.
Our stay concluded last evening with a wonderful Italian dinner at one of the best restaurants in Naperville -
Maggiano's Little Italy. It was a very nice change from all the Thanksgiving turkey and trimmings.
Of course, we all have to get on some serious diet programs now.
Our flight should get us to Phoenix at 2:00 PM this afternoon. It's back to the old grind again tomorrow. See you tomorrow from Sun City, AZ...
