It is very similar to the one we had in our last truck and that one did the job in spades. It is rated for 25,000 lbs and we haul about 18,000 lbs when it is fully loaded. We are now ready to move the fifth wheel to the Sun City Storage ourselves - whenever we get the call that our space is available. That has been a real disappointment - the length of time it is taking to acquire a space at the Sun City facility. The good news is that we can save the money from having a third party move the rig for us.
We will try our best to attempt a trade on a smaller unit sometime soon. The amount of effort and expense required to fix the outstanding problems on our present fifth wheel are not worth the investment. We are gathering info on all possible candidates. Our time spent at the RV show over the weekend was time well spent. There is no set time frame to make something happen, so we'll wait and see...
