The solution to our slow response time and loss of data allocation on our phones was to activate our hotspot. We purchased that when we signed with AT&T and didn't have a need for its use until now. So, for $20 per month, we get another 10GB of 4G data access before slowing again to 158KB. That makes a total of 40GB that we will have available each month (15GB on each phone plus the 10GB on the hotspot). The lesson here is that anytime you have to switch computers and download tons of data, make allowances for the extra data transfers on your monthly plan.
The only game I watched yesterday on TV was the Penn State/Wisconsin game, won by Penn State 22-10. It was another lackluster performance by PSU but it is another win. Today, we get to watch the Cardinals play scrimmage with the KC Chiefs who are expected to win by two touchdowns. The Seahawks schedule doesn't get any easier either as they face the Rams again today for the second time. They made a great game in the first contest, so maybe they can surprise some people today.
We will go to church this morning on Josie's day off and then plan to go to the La Mesa RV show at the State Farm Stadium today. We want to check out smaller fifth wheels as a possible alternative in our RV plans. Since we are no longer "fulltimers", it makes some sense to downsize.
