Storm Recovery

A good part of the morning yesterday was spent cleaning up the mess left by the massive storm we had on Monday afternoon and evening. I got out the blower and cleared both patios in the back and the front entry. There were leaves and other debris everywhere but it is all gone now and we are ready for the next one. Fortunately, we had no damage - except for the flagpole - and everything is back to normal. I did pick up a replacement for the flagpole yesterday afternoon for $6 at Walmart.

Josie was approached yesterday by a former coworker of hers who is now managing a nice, high end store in the East Valley, to come work for her. She has scheduled an interview with Josie for Thursday, so we will see how that goes. A lot more will be said about that as we learn more about the situation. She has been searching for better opportunities for quite awhile now.

I am planning to visit the AT&T store again today to attempt to iron out the billing problems that we just can't seem to fix. Commitments were made to us when we switched from Verizon that are not being reflected in the billing. I hope we can wrap that up today.
