Clearing

It seems that the lousy weather has run its course. There was sunshine yesterday and a move toward warmer temperatures. This shot, taken from our window in the RV shows that more snow has fallen in the mountains:

That also means that more runoff issues will be forthcoming. The rivers and streams are already running high and fast so it is hard to imagine what impact it will have. Of course, this is only a couple days of snow whereas the runoff to date has resulted from months of snowfall.

There was another person hired at work while we were off. She will begin on June 26, and our manager has already stated that our schedule will be changed to 4 days a week beginning in early July. That will be a welcome change. There are places we want to visit within the state that we will be able to do once the new schedule kicks in...
