It was back to having just some danish, juice, cut up orange and coffee for breakfast again. The only leftover from the big Mother's Day spread was some leftover strawberries. The crowd was also a lot smaller - there were 6 or 8 people the whole morning versus the 40 or so on Mother's Day. Our work day was also back to normal. It was a long, long day in the office for us but I was able to break up the boredom by doing some outside work and checking the spa for chemical balance several times during the day. Josie did some cleaning in the restrooms and on the office floor. Ho-hum.
The real news now is the weather forecast which is finally turning friendly. The rest of the week is suppose to be nice with warming temperatures - into the 70's - and no rain in sight until late this weekend. Our plan already for our days off is to venture north this time. There are some areas we would like to see up there, including a return to Tillamook, to revisit the cheese factory we went to many years ago. There are some other interesting attractions and, we're sure, some different shoreline views that are spectacular. As we read more and more about the area, there are some interesting places that we are going to visit that maybe aren't so well known to people but make the area special.
Another short day today - 5 hours - which begins at 1 PM for us. Just a couple more days and we can get out and about again. We sure look forward to those days...
