We are happy to see the end of the work week. It has definitely been the most physical one for me, and probably one of the most boring for Josie. Yesterday was another day to scrub the bathroom floor to get the tile and grout to sparkle. This is easily the cleanest campground we've ever been associated with. Even the floors in the office area and breakfast area are mopped on a daily basis. That explains why each of the Resorts in the Premier Resorts family (5) all have their rest rooms rated at 10 in the Trailer Life Directory of Campgrounds. We give each customer a campground, service and amenities survey form to complete before they leave the campground, and with only one exception, the survey has rated every category as "superb" which makes all of us feel really good about the jobs we are doing.
Even though we've had rain every day this week, the forecast for our days off is better. We hope to visit some nice places on our days off this weekend and hope to be able to pass along some information on nice places to go in this area. It's about time to see some things that are more than just beaches. We will still stop at new beach access areas but there is much to do and see all up and down the coast. One such place we want to visit is the Constance P Hansen Gardens right here in Lincoln City.
Today is TV "fix it" day, and from the conversation I had with the service people yesterday, they won't be here until around 3 this afternoon. That's a bummer but we'll go with that as long as the problem gets fixed. Looking forward to the weekend...
