This summer has been such a disappointment as far as weather on our days off. It seems that the bad weather is only in the forecast for every Wednesday-Friday to coincide with our free time. We have been postponing our trip to Cody every week as a result of the forecast. Eventually, we hope to get a good forecast for those three days.
We have not captured any more mice since we placed the trap in the basement again. They are either wising up to the trap, we have it in the wrong place, or the mice are gone again. Time will tell.
There was an email sent this morning regarding water tests on our system that we use here at this new location in the elk refuge. It tested unsafe and we were instructed to use bottled water until it can be fixed.
