No Change

There was no news yesterday on the response to our request for repairs. We are sure that the sellers are evaluating costs associated with the fixes and are sorting out the ones they feel they can agree to complete before closing. Also, they most likely are evaluating sources for actually performing the repairs. The house has been vacant for a couple months and we have no idea where the sellers are presently located which could also enter into their decision. We just hope for the best.

The appraisal has been ordered and everything is a go with the mortgage. We are still looking at possible options in the event this house goes south over the repair issues. Any other option we choose will absolutely have very little updating required, if possible. It is a tense time right now, so stay tuned for updates...
