Quiet Day

Yesterday was a predictable slow day. There were only two cabin check ins and one cabin checkout. The RV sites saw two in and one out. There were a few people coming in to dump their waste tanks and other than that we had just a few come into the store to buy miscellaneous items. We did have quite a few phone calls from people making reservations and changing others. Our day ended at 2 PM and we came back to the fifth wheel and relaxed the rest of the day.

We also received an email back from Doubletree regarding a fix for our water valve problem. They have a complete retro fit solution available and they wondered if we could bring in the rig to have it installed. Right. Howe, Indiana! It will either have to be installed by a dealer in Arizona or by Bob using instructions they provide. Since we will be here at least through Labor Day, we suspect that Bob will probably end up installing it himself. Not looking forward to doing that. They have obviously had more customers with the same problem. The picture they sent of the solution eliminates all of the brass valves and replaces them with nice heavy duty plastic valves.

We will most likely have a slow start for today's activities. Both of us finally had a sleep in day. It felt good. That's about it from here...
