We had an excellent telephone interview last night regarding a new opportunity that we inquired about late last week. It would involve a totally new direction for us in the near term and change our schedule dramatically. As mentioned previously, we have not been happy with the way things have gone this summer and we have been searching for options. This one would mean leaving Jackson in the middle of September, traveling home for a few days, attending training in Simi Valley, CA for three days, coming home for a few days and then heading out again for Southern Ca for the month of October.
The really big negative is that we would miss the trip to Austin's Hall of Fame Induction which we have been looking forward to. It also means that Josie would start working later at the flower shop - possibly November instead of mid October. The reality is that we need to get that extra infusion of cash - which is significant - to make up for what we have lost this season in Jackson. We will be working out details yet again today and I hope to report on the new schedule by tomorrow or Wednesday....
