Since we have signed up to work Spring Training again in 2016 as cashiers in the team merchandise store, we have been receiving lots of forms to be completed. Danny, The Aramark General Manager for our area is moving full steam head to get all the forms completed as soon as possible. This will be our third year at Spring Training, with the first two working in the same concession stand. We have had experience working the Super Bowl locations as cashiers, and we would assume that the job at the stadium store will be similar. Training for that job will begin in early February. As I mentioned previously, it should be a big year in the store as the Kansas City Royals - one of the two teams sharing our facility - are now the reigning World Champions.
We are still investigating options for our fifth wheel. Our plan now is still to return to Jackson this summer, but we have to work out the details. We are now looking into selling one of our cars and replacing it with another truck to be able to tow the fifth wheel. It seems like a viable alternative as, right now, the only way we can use the fifth wheel is to have it towed to a location by a third party. That is not a very attractive solution financially. We have some time to work out that issue.
Don't forget that today - at 8 PM EST, the Western Michigan Broncos will play Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. The game will again be televised on ESPN2. It's ironic that the Broncos stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Naperville last night. I wonder how Austin feels staying with the team while being so close to home. Anyway, we will be watching and rooting for Austin and his team - GO BRONCOS!!...
