Break in the Action

After a fairly hectic week, it looks like we get a bit of a reprieve today. Josie has the weekend off and will do a few things around the RV this morning while I go to a meeting at the car dealership. I discovered a potential conflict in the paperwork and want to get it clarified. I think we might plan something to do over the weekend, but for now, it is "take it easy" time.

The World Series is heating up big time now that The Houston Astros have taken a 2-1 game lead in the Series. Their play, so far, has been terrific against a very strong Dodger team. I hope it continues.

Another big action item today is to watch the college football game between undefeated, and #2 ranked Penn State, against Ohio State (#6) in Columbus. That should be a great game.

It seems like the RV park is slow to fill this season. There are still lots of spaces that are open around us. It could be that folks are waiting for the cooler days which are suppose to be here soon. Or, it could be that folks are knowledgeable about the crummy spaces that are around us. One huge difference from previous years is that we have to drive to a trash dumpster now whereas before we had one about 50 feet from our rig.

Oh. well, we can (and will) adjust to change...
