Good Prep Day

We did a good job yesterday with organizing clothes and other items to be taken to storage sometime this week. We did one final pass through our closet to take out more clothes that we will most likely not need in Cody this summer. One huge container was filled and we feel good about making the travel load as light as possible. This is probably as light as the RV has been for a long period of travel as it has been since our first year on the road.

Today begins May and leaves us with only one week remaining. Josie works today and we will go to Brian and Amy's house following her work day for one final cookout and visit with them and George and Cheryl before we head out next week. So far we have been lucky in not having any 100 degree days this year. With some real luck, we will make it through the week without having any days with temperatures over 100 degrees. Once that begins, the cool days are all over for at least the next four months - the time we will be gone. We are thankful for that...
