Work Gains

It appears that the more familiar that Josie gets with her commute and the folks she works with, the better she likes the new job. She is now saying that she likes the people she works with and the commute is just a requirement. That is a very good sign that it could work out to be a long term arrangement at her current location. The scheduling needs a little tweaking, but the signs are all positive at this point.

We completed our primary ballots this morning and I will mail them today. The primaries are always ho-hum elections, but there are some signals that the Republican majority in the house will disappear in November. I guess the mid-term elections tend to create gains for the party not in office anyway , so we'll see. The real test will be in November when the selections really count and the changes are made official...
