It was too hot (111) to do anything outside yesterday and we didn't feel like doing anything inside, so - we didn't. It was the first totally restful day we've had that we can remember. We watched a couple movies and some TV shows that we had copied and didn't do anything else all day. In fact, Josie never got dressed the whole day.
We did communicate with some friends of ours - Rodger and Sue Sandlin - who are planning to stop by for a visit on August 22 on their way through AZ from CA to TX. They are another couple that we maintained contact with from our working days at Amazon.com.
It's back to our normal routines today so we are off and running in August...
