Yesterday was Josie's turn for a procedure at the hospital. I forgot to mention yesterday morning that she had a mammogram scheduled for yesterday at the Del Webb Women's Center in Surprise at 2 PM. We hung out at the fifth wheel until it was time to leave for her appointment. The mammogram went well except that they discovered a calcium mass of some kind in one of her breasts and will have to return in a week or so to have a needle biopsy performed. It shouldn't be anything to be concerned about according to the medical assistant. Ouch!
We made a stop at Walmart on the way home and also stopped by at the house to check on the progress. Lots of work is being done inside as they are installing the electrical system, completing the plumbing, finishing up on the A/C and heating ducts, installing the gas lines and pretty much preparing the inside for the pre-drywall inspection. Our roofing materials are also on site, so we expect to see the roof completed any time now.
It wasn't a very nice day for the start of the Bill Luke Bass Days as it was windy and overcast most of the morning. Josie took this shot of the nice sunset though, as the clouds made for an interesting scene in the eastern sky:
Today is a workday for Josie and I expect to get some planning done. One thing we haven't thought much about was moving our goods out of our storage unit into the house and setting up that move. I will research that move with movers today to get an idea on costs to perform that aspect of our transition to the house...
