Partial Day

The big rush at Josie's shop is over. She only worked a half day yesterday and has today off. My schedule is also light for the next several weeks as Sam's Club has tried to schedule my days around the Aramark activities which are also winding down. It appears that we will not be working the spring training schedule this year as Aramark has all the merchandising positions filled and neither one of us wants to work the food concessions again this year. There are so many things to be done around home that I am taking the extra time to catch up on neglected tasks.

There is a lot of balloon activity recently and we aren't sure what has triggered it except that maybe the balloon companies have changed their location for launching and/or landing. Yesterday, Josie captured this shot of the sky filling up with balloons:

We counted 10 balloons in that shot and Josie said there actually were a dozen as a couple of the balloons couldn't be seen in the shot.

Today is one of the rare days where we both have the day off from work. Josie will do some laundry and I will probably get more stuff together for our taxes. Not very exciting. We have neglected our site outside over the last several weeks as a result of our schedules and not feeling up to par. I will have to get some of that work done also. Other than that, it looks like an ordinary start to another week...
