The kitchen area is just about cleared out as Josie has done a great job emptying most of the boxes for that area. It is really tough for her to do since she works all day at the flower shop. She has tomorrow off, so that should provide some extra unpacking time.
I spent most of the day tearing down boxes, filling the recycle trash bin with the packing material from the boxes, and changing our address at most of the locations that needed the change right away. Some of them were tougher than others as the websites on a few had the personal contact information screens buried in the website in some obscure location and I had to dig for them. I also spent a lot of time researching home office solutions that wouldn't break the bank. We have to get a desk and some office storage items and I haven't located the right combination yet. I have looked on Craigslist and hope that something that will work for us becomes available there, as that seems to be the best place to locate a good value in those pieces.
We are trying to put together a short trip - one week - to Jackson, WY in the middle of July. It would be a great break from all the stress we have had over the last several months with the house and give us a nice break from all the unpacking. Besides, we are missing the summer in Jackson and it would be nice to see all our friends up there and spend a little time with them. We hope we can put that together...
