It turned out to be somewhat of a turnaround yesterday for our favorite pro teams -the Cards and the Seahawks. The Cardinals jumped out to 14-0 lead in the first quarter before somebody reminded them who they were and they shut down to lose 16-14. The Seahawks, on the other hand, showed the Dallas Cowboys that they were not going to be doormats this season after all by winning, 24-13.
The biggest sports story of the day was, of course, Tiger Woods, who won the Tour Championship yesterday for his 80th tour victory and first in over 5 years. What a comeback from his physical and personal problems. His age is also showing through a little bit as he didn't have the arrogant "I'm so much better than thou" attitude, but was thankful that the hard work has paid off.
I will be taking Josie to work again today as she works from 10-6. Once again, it is getting too dark for her long commute when she works that late. Changes may be forthcoming...
