Waiting on Cactus Show

The attention - ours and our neighbors - has shifted to our huge cactus plant in the backyard. It is very close to busting out into a floral show that is rarely seen anywhere. I showed  the plant a couple days ago and I took another shot yesterday so you can see how it is progressing:

Once again, I counted 75 blooms that will appear within the next day or so.

We will be spending Easter dinner with the other Reed's - George, Cheryl, Brian, Amy and family - at George and Cheryl's house. It will most likely be our last opportunity to visit before heading out to Wyoming for the summer.

I am putting together a list of to-do items that we will be using during the next several weeks. Actually, there are only 4 weeks to go before our departure...
